Belfiore brand preserves are born in the same shop on Via Giulio Cesare where it all began in 1964. They are not generic products resold with a label: they are part of our identity, conceived and selected by Nicola with the same care with which he chooses everything that enters the shop.

Preserved vegetables in oil, pepper preserves, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and much more. Each jar contains the flavors of authentic Abruzzo: local raw materials, artisan processing, zero preservatives where possible. The kind of stuff that once was only found in grandmothers' homes, or in historic shops like ours.

Perfect for a quick appetizer, to enrich a cold cut platter or to season pasta. Pair them with our cured meats and a bottle of Montepulciano d'Abruzzo: it's the most direct way to bring the region to your table.
