Garlic Marinated in Olive Oil
Whole garlic cloves preserved in olive oil with parsley, chili pepper, and vinegar. The result is garlic that has lost all the harshness of raw garlic but has maintained its soft, aromatic character, with a slight spicy kick at the end.
We recommend it because it's one of those jars that once someone tries it, they always reorder it. It's not decorative garlic: it's a real ingredient.
What you find in the jar
Garlic (67%), olive oil, vinegar, parsley, chili peppers, salt. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid. May contain traces of sulfur dioxide and sulfites. Drained weight 180g — net weight 280g.
The Fratelli Belfiore's advice
< A clove on hot bruschetta with a drizzle of oil from the jar is already everything. But it also works crushed in sauce, whole in a marinade, or simply on a charcuterie board for those who love bold flavors. The oil remaining in the jar — flavored with garlic, parsley, and chili — should not be thrown away: use it to dress pasta or vegetables.>
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. After opening, keep refrigerated with the garlic covered by the oil.
