Artichoke Hearts in Olive Oil
Tender artichoke hearts preserved in olive oil with bay leaf, salt, and a hint of vinegar. Few ingredients, no overlapping flavors: the artichoke remains the star.

<On a platter with ventricina salami and aged pecorino cheese, they already make a complete appetizer. They also work well inside a piadina or on a bruschetta with a drizzle of the oil from the jar. If there's any oil left at the bottom of the jar, don't throw it away: it's already flavored and you can use it to dress a salad.>
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place before opening. After opening, keep refrigerated with the artichoke hearts covered in oil.
