Spicy artisanal dried sausage - Our own production
Selected pork, minced, seasoned with salt, pepper, local hot chili pepper, wild fennel, and natural flavors, then stuffed into natural casing. It is then hung and left to mature for at least two weeks, the minimum time required for it to lose just the right amount of moisture and develop that bold, concentrated flavor noticeable from the first bite.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator. After opening, keep refrigerated, wrapped in deli paper, and consume within 10-15 days. It can be frozen.
