Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. But there's an important thing you need to know before ordering:

Vacuum-packed food products cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene and health reasons as stipulated by law (art. 59, letter d of Legislative Decree 21/2014). This applies to all our cured meats, preserves, and sealed food products.

That said, here's what we do:

โœ… We refund or replace without question if:

  • The product arrived damaged or with compromised packaging
  • The product shows obvious defects upon receipt
  • The order is incorrect compared to what was purchased

โŒ We cannot accept returns if:

  • The product has been opened
  • The return is requested due to a change of mind for sealed food products
  • More than 5 days have passed since delivery without notification

How to report a problem: Call us within 5 days of receipt at our number 0873363610, or write us an email at info@fratellibelfiore.it, attaching a photo of the product and packaging. We will review everything carefully and always find a solution.
