Belfiore creams and spreads are the most immediate way to bring Abruzzo to your table. Created in Vasto's workshop from raw materials selected by Nicola from the region, they are made without preservatives and without compromise. The kind of product that ends up on bread even before sitting down at the table.

Green olives, peppers, artichokes, truffles: each cream has a precise character. They are not generic shelf spreads; they are recognizable flavors with a story behind them. Some we make ourselves, others we choose because we have been serving them in the shop for years and know they are the best in the region.

Spread them on crostini for a true aperitif, use them to dress a cold pasta dish in summer, or pair them with aged pecorino cheese and our ventricina for a complete platter. Abruzzo in a jar: it's always a great idea.
